AJ Bell has removed the Janus Henderson UK Property PAIF from its favourite funds list on the back of a wave of outflows.
Head of active portfolios Ryan Hughes said the ongoing outflows from the fund has made the management of the fund difficult. "For some time, the Janus Henderson UK Property PAIF has experienced outflows - with the result that the fund is now much smaller than it was at its peak. "We believe this creates a challenging environment for managing the fund. As these outflows don't appear to be slowing, we've decided to no longer include the fund in the list."
