Odyssean trust appoints new chair for 2024

The Odyssean investment trust has revealed its intention to appoint Linda Wilding as its new chair, who has joined the vehicle as a non-executive director.

It is expected Wilding will take over as chair from Jane Tufnell from 31 March 2024, who will step down from the position and as a non-executive director. The move is part of the trust's ongoing succession planning, with Tufnell having served as chair of the board since the launch of the investment company in April 2018. Wilding, who currently holds 106,000 ordinary shares in the trust, is a chartered accountant and an experienced non-executive director.
