Ruffer co-founder becomes chair of ICG Enterprise Trust

Jane Tufnell takes on new role

Jane Tufnell, who co-founded Ruffer Investment Management in 1994, has been appointed chair-designate of the ICG Enterprise Trust.

She takes over from Jeremy Tigue, who is stepping down from the board at the 2020 AGM after 12 years. Tufnell has been a non-executive director at the trust since April 2019. She began her career in 1986 at County NatWest, where she jointly ran the NatWest pension fund's exposure to UK smaller companies. She co-founded Ruffer in 1994 and worked at the business for two decades, helping to build the AUM to £20bn.
