Nick Coghill (pictured) became chief executive of City Asset Management only three years ago, but there was never any doubt he would head up the family business when the time came.  City Asset Management was set up by Coghill's father Vivian in 1988, after he had worked in industry and commerce for over 20 years, and his son took over the management of the business after he passed away in 2012.
