Vanguard Asset Management is planning to launch a short-dated US dollar corporate bond ETF, Investment Week understands.
The ETF will track the Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Corporate 1-3 Year USD index and have an ongoing charges figure (OCF) of 0.15%. It will provide investors with exposure to global short-dated, investment grade corporate debt, issued in US dollars with 1-3 years duration. The ETF will be another part of the firm's core range and will enable investors to shorten the overall duration on their fixed income holdings. This is the first ETF Vanguard has launched this year.
