EdenTree Investment Management has hired Michael Moir as a senior credit analyst in its fixed income team.
Moir will report to head of fixed income David Katimbo-Mugwanya and work alongside Michael Sheehan, co-manager of EdenTree's Responsible & Sustainable fixed income strategies.
Additionally, he will work closely with the responsible investment team to enhance ongoing initiatives aimed at engaging with debt issuers, as well as leading credit analytical research for the responsible and sustainable fixed income portfolios.
Ketan Patel departs EdenTree after two decades
Before joining EdenTree IM, Moir worked as a senior analyst at Fitch Ratings, where he assessed issuer ratings of UK, Swiss and Greek banks.
He also spent over five years at the Bank of England in various roles focused on capital management assessment, forecasting, and technical analysis.
