Maven launches up to £30m fundraise across Income and Growth VCT suite

Four Maven VCTs have launched an offer for subscription to raise £20m, with a £10m overallotment.

With total net assets of £280m, the VCTs partaking in the raise are: Maven Income and Growth VCT, Maven Income and Growth VCT 3, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 and Maven Income and Growth VCT 5. Between September 2018 and September 2023, they have generated NAV total returns of between 8.9% and 13.1%.
