Baillie Gifford establishes China equities team amid management shake-up

Baillie Gifford has created a dedicated China equities investment team, shaking up its Asia portfolio management teams in the process.

The new equities team will be led by Linda Lin, who returns from Shanghai to Edinburgh to oversee the ten strong team. Sophie Earnshaw and John MacDougall, also based in Edinburgh, will work with Shanghai office members Rio Tu, Louise Lin, Tony Wang, Freddy Zhu, Clark Ren, Doris Gu and ESG analyst Lin Qin.
