Oberon Investments receives green light to acquire Nexus Investment Management

Boutique asset manager Oberon Investment has received regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority to buy Nexus Investment Management.

The acquisition was first announced on 20 July 2023, and includes the purchase of the Nexus Investments Evergreen EIS Scale-UP fund from Nexus Capital Management. In a stock exchange notice today (18 December), Oberon explained that the acquisition was funded via the issuance of 7.5 million new ordinary shares in Oberon.
