But the premium valuations could sustain as India offers a superior mix of growth and returns compared to other markets.

There are several new developments and growth drivers for the country, the multiplier effects of these are only starting to be recognised.

Taken together, these policies have the potential for India to sustain growth over the next decade. If achieved, this should attract more investors to the equity market as well as enhance its outlook, in our view.
